What is AGS360?
AGS360 is the most basic form of our Asset Management offering. No bells and whistles, no fancy next gen tech. It’s a ‘do what it says on the tin’ Asset Management system.
Who is AGS360 intended for?
AGS360 is intended for clients who perhaps do not own their sites, simply do not have a requirement for the more advanced features. The ideal client for AGS360 needs a solid, simple to use Asset Management system that can allow multiple users to manage multiple assets across multiple locations.
What features does AGS360 have?
AGS360 is comprised of 3 key areas:

To implement AGS360, we would expect a cost of around £1.78 p.sqft year 1 and £0.36 p.sqft year 2 onwards.
What do I get for my money?
Year 1 is the most intensive. It’s when we take you through the full onboarding process, collect data and get you up and running.
AGS will provide a full end to end service that gets your organisation up to speed with little time sacrifice from your own staff. These services are as follows:
Year 2, its all about keeping you maintained and running as smoothly as possible. Based on the above example, we would expect fee’s for year 2 to be around a 20% of the Year 1 fee.
What is AGS360+?
AGS360+ is a true next generation Asset Management platform. AGS360+ differs from our base product AGS360 in one key area, Digital Twins.
What is a Digital Twin I hear you ask? If you know, skip this bit, if you don’t.. read on.
A digital twin is a digital representation of the real world. There are many variations on the theme, but broadly this requires some form of digital imagery to be taken of the environment. These images are then rendered into Photospheres or onto 3D models. In either case, the idea is to give the user a virtual representation of their environment from which they can move through and (if available) interact with.
What benefit does this bring to AGS360+? It brings the ultimate benefit of accuracy and context. Both accuracy and context combined are almost certain to guarantee significant cost savings within Asset Management.
By adding your assets to a real-world representation of the environment they exist within, users can be sure the correct assets are being dealt with. The addition of this highly visual feature removes all ambiguity when referencing an asset. It will even provide additional information such as the height, distance from, proximity to other related assets and so on.
AGS360+ takes the flat traditional Asset Management tool and adds an indispensable feature. Once upon a time we all thought Google was mad for adding Maps, look how that turned out.
Who is AGS360+ intended for?
AGS360+ is intended for clients who perhaps own their site(s), or have a significantly invested interest in the site(s). AGS360+ is ideal for flagship offices or where you might require a slightly more immersive level of interaction with your asset management system.
If, for example, you would like staff or members of the public to report issues with assets, then AGS360+ is the product for you.

What is AGS360 Active?
AGS360 Active is at the leading edge of Asset Management technology.
AGS360 Active aims to provide you with a live and cost-effective platform to not only administer to the history of your assets, but also know what they are doing (or indeed, where they are going) right now.
AGS360 Active can integrate with all of the latest forms of sensor technology. To throw a few acronyms out there, AGS360 Active users can expect to absorb data from the following sensor types;
AGS360 Active has a unique ability to provide users with retrospective BIM (Building information Management), Retrospective Smart Buildings, even integrate with current smart building tech to compliment the asset management processes.
In addition, you may wish to track the locations of assets. Whether they are large, small, internal, external, local or miles away. AGS360 Active can tell you where your assets are, and what your assets have been up to.
Who is AGS360 Active intended for?
Similarly to AGS360+, AGS360 Active is intended for clients who perhaps own their site(s) or have a significantly invested interest in the site(s). The difference here is that you may have a large volume of assets you wish to track and/or have the requirement to add smart building technology into you currently not so smart building.
Perhaps you suffer with significant costs incurred from lost or missing assets. You may incur costs from assets being missed during inspections etc. The cost saving from these considerations alone could make a significant difference to your annual budgets.

Who is AGS360 Pro intended for?
AGS360 Pro is ideally suited to organisations that possess a high volume of mobile assets and likely own their own buildings & sites.
This is an all-encompassing asset management system.
